Perfect size and sleek. Fits in the fridge if you want. Love the high pH filter option. So far it has worked perfectly.Easy to fill, markers show level pretty well... Although harder to see on the blue version. Plenty of water in the container for several refills before needing to add water. Simple to keep clean

This system is fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to run, replace water. I am truly happy about it, and the dark one looks very stylish. The stream is pretty fast. The initial charge was maybe an hour, I am not even sure, but we have been running it for 2 weeks since and I still don't have to charge the unit. Great. Kids started drinking more water and I see a difference, too - for years, we were drinking tap water but lately, it started to have an odor. Even the plumbers advised against drinking tap. This one has a slight different taste but has no odor and my mind is at peace. UPDATE: I just finally changed the filter and charged the unit for the 1st time after almost 3.5 months! Wonderful

Works good. I scanned the QR code for the "extra surpise" which leads to download the app, but when I did this and scanned the code again to have my product come up, it said "This product has not been released in the US yet." So can't use the app I guess. Works great despite that.Flushed the filter for 3 minutes. Water tastes great.

So far, so good! Easiest setup ever and the time it took the filter to flush was super quick! Plenty small enough to fit in the refrigerator and not take up too much room. Very happy!

Love this filter. The battery lasts long— I have had it for a few months and only needed to charge it once. I haven’t had to change the filter yet, so that’s a plus. I wish the tank was a little bigger, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.My house has hard well water. This filter COMPLETELY gets rid of the metallic taste in the water. I noticed the water is smoother, and if I let it dry in the cup I don’t have any hard water stains. It doesn’t take up too much room in the counter, and its easy to fill. unexpected pro if you’re a little clumsy like me: you have to double tap the button to turn it on. So if you walk by and your arm lightly hits the button, it will not automatically turn on and make a mess. I had this issue with a different brand in the past, so I was glad to see they thought of this with the design.

I bought this specifically to use to cut down on the amount of bottled spring water i use. I use this to make in my coffee pots and when I'm using it for food. I did taste taste and the water definitely taste a lot better better than tap water. The filter is similar to that in the refrigerator. After I bought this model, I wished I would have bought the next model up with better filter just because it filters out more toxins, not necessarily taste reasons. The charge seems to be lasting, I charged it when I got it and it hadn't needed to get charged yet and it gets used energy day to fill at least one coffee pot. It's worth the money if your not looking to spend a lot of money.

The media could not be loaded. Love it easy to clean, durable and water flow is great! Great tasting and looks sooo good on my counter. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Just prefect!
