Delta Faucet 521-ECO-DST-A Single Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet, Chrome,

I was pleased with the overall quality and completeness of the faucet and installation parts and instructions. The attached PEX lines take nearly all the worry out of plumbing in the supply. The excess length of the lines was easily accommodated in the rear of the vanity. The plastic underpart of the faucet didn't bother me, and the 2 large nuts were easily hand tightened and hold the faucet body securely. The faucet operates easily, and contrary to some other reviews, mixing the temperature with no problem. Also, contrary to one review, an aerator removal tool is included in the parts bag. Although it is a low flow design, we noticed no reduction in our ability to wash our hands many times a day. I continue to use my original drain assembly, so I can't comment much on the new plastic unit, other than it looks a bit less robust than my original unit. I don't know if it last 37 years like my previous Delta single handle did, but so far, we like the styling and performance of this new unit very much.

I found the style to be perfect and the spout stretches out farther so that hands won't scrape against the sink. It feels very solid and the handle seems well made. The best part about a Delta faucet is that if it ever breaks, Delta will help to get it working again. Delta is in the business of making high-quality items you only need to buy once and never need to replace again, only maintain over time. With Delta supporting the lifetime maintenance of this faucet, you can buy with confidence.

The best thing about this faucet is that the service lines are already installed. All I had to do was place the included gasket on the sink, drop in the faucet and connect the service lines to the hot and cold water feeds. Unfortunately I had to that twice because, yup, I did it wrong the first time. The faucet looks and works great. The flow is strong and easily adjustable with the single lever handle. It also comes with a faceted plastic ball shaped handle if that fits your décor.

I thought how can I go wrong with delta. Changing from separate handles to a single handle - I hoped for easier volume and temperature control. This faucet fails in the temperature control. EXTREMELY sensitive to adjust. Basically useless. Go with a Grohe 3427000A with a 07551000 adapter plate instead. Grohe is more expensive, but like I said, first thing is it has to work. Delta went in the trash.

Overall this is faucet seems pretty well constructed and is easy to use. My only minor complaint is that compared to the similar single handle faucet it replaced it is noisier when water is running through it, even on low volumes.

Easy bathroom install

Nice. Has attached gray tubes so you don't need to worry about the length of necessary tubes to buy separately. You just put it in and you are done. Glad Amazon has these, because HD discontinued them. Nice finish, works well. Easy to install.

Good quality faucet, but not what I thought I was getting. The photo shows the drain stopper lift rod attached to the faucet so I thought it would be an easy swap for our 70s Delta faucet. We were just looking for a ‘quick’ facelift before the holidays. This does not have a lift rod so now we’ll need to replace the drain assembly too. Not the worst situation, but more work than we were planning. Thought others might like to know this too.

The pciture on package shows it is pull up to close valve as atatched pic. But what we got is pop-up drain style. Please advise.

water coming out is a bit weak/slow, my old Delta non eco one is much better.
