Centrophenoxine Physician Recommended 250mg Dose

Having retired from work that involved a lot of moment and changing tasks through day, I now do some work that is more sedentary but requires long hours of attentive reading.I also like to record my dreams and study patterns in them.Doing either of these efforts — recalling dreams or spending long hours in mostly sedentary reading/researching has gotten harder the last few years. A friend suggested trying this.I reviewed the articles on pubmed and google scholar and felt willing to give it a try. There are not that many sources in the US, however.I choose the Relentless Improvement brand based on their stated efforts at quality control and the lack of most other “inert” ingredients except the capsule. They report having a small amount of microcellulose.The other brands on Amazon at the time were higher dosage per capsule, and I wanted to start lowest dose in case it wasn’t tolerated AND/or they had more unnecessary ingredients. For example, Double Woods Brand had titanium dioxide added! Who knows why. But, no thanks!I am now on my third bottle and happy with it. No jitteriness. Several hours of calm focus attentiveness to my reading/researching. And somewhat better dream recall. My memory for remote details has improved some over the last 6 months, like remembering names of all my elementary school teachers I have not tried to recall in decades, and more details that just were a big hard to call up unless I looked them up again ... are retrievable from memory now with a little effort.I do try to take it before noon or just skip it entirely that day. Otherwise it is a bit harder get to sleep that night. Ordinarily I am fast asleep in a few minutes but if I had a late dose of Centrophenoxine that might stretch to an hour or so. Not impossible. But noticeable.Hence I used it last month while driving long distance on vacation, saving the dose to late afternoon. Wide awake. But too long. Could not intentionally take naps at rest stops and on arrival spent the first night wide awake all night.So. For intended purpose, early in the day ... it has been useful to me. Other than the above sleep issues doses late in the day I have not experienced any recognizeable side effects. No rash, itching, GI symptoms, headaches, neck or muscle spasms, etc. Blood pressure, heart rate and glucose levels have stayed essentially the same as has exercise tolerance, though the latter might be slightly better. I would not have been able to tell it was inboard except the improvement in focus and endurance reading.My suggestion though is for the manufacturers to post on site here their 3rd Party testing certificates from reputable test company for purity — done at fairly frequent intervals, at the very least, yearly.

Very well made. I think this is one of the best supplements to keep on hand. I truly believe it reverses oxidative damage to brain tissue. A must try for smokers, adderall users, and stressed out individuals. After a loading dose of two capsules there should be noticeable improvement in brain fog.Read up on NCBI, does wonders for rat brains.It's not necessarily that you build a tolerance to this supplement, it's just most effective if you are low on brain stores of acetylcholine. Lots of things can reduce your stores. I find that this supplement helps get my brain working again after lots of stress.Good quality, much quicker acting than Alpha-GCP. I think it works well to use this intermittently. Clear out the brain fog with a week of use and then just take one every few days.I've recently started using Alpha-GCP as my maintenance choline source and only taking the centrophenoxine if I'm starting to get the brain fog.This product works well but if you take too much it can make you feel a bit down and depressed. Messing with choline is a balancing act. It's good to take frequent breaks with some supplements and this is one of them.

After trying many supplements to help with cognitive decline, I gave this one a try. I have to say that it's the only product so far that I have found to make a marked difference. My thinking is clearer and my memory is more reliable. I make sure never to run out of Centrophenoxine.

Tried this supplement from double wood...then tried it here. Something in these pills don't do me right. I'm going back to buying this from Double Wood. They seem more pure. $10 more but oh well.

I have been taking this daily for about 3weeks now, and I have had a great experience. I am not convinced that it dose remove lipo whatever, but I do get improved mental focus, memory /recall, decsions making, I am taking with Alpha GPC and ashwaganda. This is my complete "stack" and I think anymore than these 3 is overkill, but that is just my experience.... After taking for a while and reading more, I believe it is very important to take with good, and if you have gastritis, you may not want to take it. I do not k of if it is acid or alkaline, but it is very strong on the stomach

Nothing happened except migraines. Disappointed.

I'm a full-time college student and I take this everyday. I used to be a crappy student in high school (C's and D's, mostly). Twenty-five years later, I'm in college to learn a new field and found myself struggling to concentrate and maintain focus. Enter centrophenoxine. It gives me focus, concentration and recall. Perfect for homework and especially test day. I can confirm its a great product. I'm an honors student and a member of PTK, the honors society.
