The *only* confirmed TRULY gluten-free corn starch out there.
My wife has Celiac's disease, so if there's one molecule of gluten in some food product, we're gonna know about it, and not in a good way. Many, many foods that say "Gluten Free" are not truly gluten free at the level required by people who cannot have any gluten. This brand is the ONLY brand of corn starch that has consistently passed the Celiac's test in our house, meaning it is totally gluten-free, with no cross contamination in the processing facility. I like that this is non GMO and am willing to pay the extra $$ for it (the GMO version is cheaper, but also good and also gluten free).
