Excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
Fresh Kaffir lime leaves are essential for a lot of Thai/Malaysian/etc cooking and there really is no substitute - dried leaves are terrible and subbing with lime zest/juice just doesn't cut it. I'll put it this way: when I opened the package (which was very thorough - the leaves were in a paper bag, swaddled in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box) I left the leaves on the kitchen counter. About 15 mins later, I walked into the kitchen and was met with a blast of intense lime aroma. I used them in a beef rendang, the best I've ever made.£7 may seem pricey, but you get a really big bag that will cover you for many meals or spice pastes, so I would say they're pretty good value. Lime leaves also freeze well and will hold their flavour for a good few months. Finally, these were delivered a day before expected, so gratitude to the supplier. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Loads of leaves, good value for money
We took the time to take all the leaves out to dry them as otherwise they looked like they would stick together and spoil, but can’t think how else they could have been sent to us. Having done that they are absolutely beautiful and will last us a long time, thank you

Amazing how these leaves can elevate a Thai curry to restaurant quality
I use Mae Ploy Thai or Maesri curry pastes (as most Thai restaurants do) and everyone thinks I'm a genius. But, I'm really not. However, I elevated the delicious authentic taste even more when I started to add 2-3 of these leaves (after frying the paste, protein and veg and with the coconut milk) before I start to simmer. Hard to describe the depth and piquancy that these little bad boys deliver. So good that I've gotten my daughter and a couple of my more adventurous friends into using them.I used to get them on Ocado where I got about a dozen leaves for six quid. Which makes this an amazing bargain, this bag will last months and freezes well.

Fresh and full of flavour
Fresh and full of flavour and great value for money when you consider that most supermarkets charge £2.00 for 4 leafs 🍃Store amazingly well in the freezer for when you need them.

Seemed good at first
When they arrived they smelled lovely.... used once in a Thai green curry and they were ok, but went to freeze the rest a couple of days later and they no longer smelled like lime at all... I had to throw the rest away 😨 I think they have already been frozen before as the leaves were all wet in the bag. My advice if you do buy them is you should freeze them right away. I will be looking for a new source for my lime leaves :-(

Sadly some brown leaves, but still better value than supermarket dried/ fresh ..
Had to throw about half the leaves away, the bottom half of the bag was brown, smelled unpleasant & had clearly gone off. Shame. Still represents better value than big supermarket dried or fresh leaves though.

Fantastic quality.
First time I have ever purchased fresh Kaffir Lime leaves that were free from any insect damage. These were amazing. You get a lot and they do freeze. Give them a gentle rinse in cold water - lay individually on kitchen roll sheets, pat dry on top and bottom and repeat until there is no surface moisture at all. None. Then layer in a plastic bag and squeeze out all the air. Freeze. Use as needed. The other items I bought from this supplier - lemon grass and Pandan leaves (screw pine) were great too. Knocks the socks off dried Kaffir .
