Very comfortable from the first time of wearing them. A little tight across the edge of the top of the foot at first but it has settled down nicely

I chose the denim colour in a UK size 10, which is my usual size. The shoes are really good looking and fit pretty well. They come with a choice of insole inserts that are easily interchangeable. I have so far gone with the ones that were fitted but it is nice to have the choice.The fit on me is ever so slightly loose. I have not found this to be an issue but it is worth pointing out. A slightly thicker pair of socks easily took up the slack. I have worn these around the house for a few days and for trips up to the shop and doctor's surgery. They are lovely and I have experienced no rubs or chaffing. The sole is not the grippiest but it is again no real issue for me and I felt very stable when wearing these shoes.I love the way these shoes look. They work well with jeans or more formal trousers and definitely tick the smart casual box. Had I still been working, I would have had not problems wearing these to work. I am no expert but they support my feet well. For the purposes of this review, I have tried both of the supplied insole. However, I still prefer the ones that were fitted when the arrived. These shoes are very easy to live with and I particularly like how easy it is to slip them on and off. I have occasional trouble bending down and this does make life easier for me.I think they are good value for the money and compare well with the obvious 'well-known' branded competition. In their box, they came wrapped in individual fibre bags, which would be really useful when packing them in suitcase, for example.Overall, these shoes are a class act. I would definitely buy another pair when I need one. I would be happy to recommend them.
