Excellent, very excellent hydration! Much more healthy than most of all the other alternatives out there. They don’t read it on yuka but I reached out to them and gave them the ingredients and even they said that sounds very very safe. I love bodi.com. Don’t particularly care to go to the gym, but you can do these workouts at a gym streaming it on your phone but a lot of their stuff most all of their stuff is very excellent quality.

I bought this for our beach trip. It has helped me stay hydrated without all the added sugar. The taste is very mild so if you are expecting a sweet drink this isn’t the one for you.

Love this product and the fact that it doesn't have a super salty taste like most electrolyte drinks. My favorite is mixing this with half a body armor lyte (specifically in blueberry).
