Not very Happy
I thought I was getting a decent tablet just to surf the web and play games with. which for a while, it was good at doing. Now, I frequently lose connection to the internet and cannot reconnect straight away. Also, when viewing YouTube videos, it freezes for apparently no reason. I'm not sure what the issues are but I am DISAPPONTED in this tablet! I wish I had chosen a better one.

It is all i ever wanted in a tablet
I am so happy with this equipment. It comes complete with all i need and the screen resolution is great. Is not heavy and is thin. I used during the day and the battery was still enough. Totally recommend it

GOOD 11" ANDROID TABLET AS A WHOLE..BUT
All in all this is a good tablet for the price. It does offer a full rich display. The processor speed is just fine as long as you know you have a good internet connection. The wireless mouse and Bluetooth keyboard work well except the keyboard never fully charges to where the green light comes on. I believe the battery or keyboard is defective..However, the wireless mouse can be very glitchy and it does not offer any type of fix to set the mouse to a slower speed so it won't be so glitchy while using it. This is something that the manufacturer needs to correct in the future. It's not difficult to set up, and basically you set this up the way you would most all other Android devices. It does offer 5G connectivity if you are on a 5G internet Network. One thing I would suggest is that it makes things a little clearer when you want to for example, insert an SD memory card or use the USB option. Once I was able to figure out how to obtain the information on my USB flash thumb drive and my SD memory card, it seemed to work fine. The instructions with this tablet are almost non-existent. You're basically on your own to figure things out, unless of course you are somebody who is well versed in these type of situations. The case that comes with the tablet is a decent case. The problem is if you're using it as a stand, it does not work well as a built-in stand for the tablet with this case. I would suggest you seek a better case or a tablet holder if you like to use it in a more stationary position. The communication I had with the seller was good. Another thing to consider when buying this tablet is the fact that it is Android 15. So you are getting the most recent Android operating system at least as of this date. All things considered once you figure out as far as what it can and cannot do, you will likely be happy with this tablet...It does have good battery life. The front and rear cameras offer very good picture and videos quality however, if you wanted to download a better camera from The Play store, it will not allow you to do that. The camera built into this tablet for both pictures and video is not able to be upgraded to a different camera on this tablet. I find that a little annoying and they need to correct that problem in the future. No matter what other camera you attempt to download it automatically defaults back to the installed camera. The two speakers offer a good sound quality.

Will be telling others of this great tablet.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I absolutely LOVE this tablet!! It is a nice size for me and upgradable with SD cards. It came with everything I would need; stylus, glass protector, case, keyboard and mouse. The only downside for me is I wish the case had been more rugged and protective, as since my stroke I have twitches and drop things. So, going to see about getting a more rugged one.

Very bad job refurbishing
From the first day, I noticed that charging this tablet takes ALL DAY, and only lasts about 2 hours. I figured it was because it is a refurbished tablet until I did some research. Refurbished tablets are required to have a new battery, of at least a battery with 80% life left. Then I bought a new power cord because I thought my cord had a short. That's when I discovered that the problem was the charge port! It obviously either wasn't repaired or was repaired very poorly! That was 1 week ago. At about the same time, I noticed a dark bar rolling across the screen that pauses whatever I'm doing for about a second. It's been less than 3 months since I bought this tablet, and I'm VERY disappointed. I've bought several refurbished home electronics from Amazon, but the last 2 have been very bad. I might as well have kept my tablet I used before buying this one. It developed a short in the charge port after having used it for 2 years. It still only took 3 hours to charge, up until it got a short, and it lasted all day and most of the next.

Great for the price
This tablet is very generic, but the name seems to be something like QDDQ Hisorl P80. For me, the tablet works great. I love the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. This is my first time using a mouse on Android, and it is really cool. The processor seems reasonably fast, but probably not for complex games. The screen is colorful and bright. The battery seems decent. I am guessing most people will get 3-4 hours out of the battery. The battery lasts about a week in standby mode. Now for the drawbacks. Everything on the screen seems large, especially the on screen keyboard. My guess is that the resolution low, so the pixels are big. On a Samsung tablet I have, I can change the display using "Screen Zoom". This QDDQ Hisorl tablet has an option for "Display Size", but it does not work. You can adjust it one notch bigger or one notch smaller, but both choices make it bigger. Another drawback is that the Bluetooth can sometimes have difficulty connecting to the earbuds. Sometimes I have to manually connect them under Settings.Because of the low price and the included mouse and keyboard, I give this tablet 5 stars even with the drawbacks. There is a Samsung A9+ tablet for sale that does not even have Bluetooth, and this QDDQ Hisorl tablet is much cheaper.

Works like it should. Except
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good features - as advertised. Better packaging than I expected. Have only had it for two hours and found that the usb chord doesn't fit. Swapped with a standard usb cord and it is now charging. This was an easy problem to resolve but if it involved anything more it would have been a DOA return. With this low level of QC, I expect that other issues will arise. Will update this review regardless.
