We have just bought our second hot/cold wrap. This is a well-made wrap and is easily adjustable for many different parts of your body. Fits especially well on neck and shoulder spots. We have used it around our knees too. The strap is useful, but the size and flexibility in folding/wapping/using this is what we love best. It maintains the coldness for an adequate amount of time, and can be folded when you place it in the freezer. Highly recommended. We've tried many different kinds of hot/cold wraps, and this is the one that we like the best.

I am someone who has had 7 back surgeries and suffers from lower back pain on a daily basis. I now own 5 of these to keep cold in my freezer. They stay cold, but are flexible and soft to lay on. I have never found a better "ice pack" and the price is reasonable. This product has not needed to be replaced for 2 years and counting. THANK YOU!

I have been using one of these for years (exact same product) - like 5, for muscular headaches. The large size fits nicely across the base of my neck and upper back that parallels the shoulders. It was the past 6 months or so, where the seams started to come apart with the beads seeping out. I don't consider this that bad since I keep this in the freezer all the time for which it gets tossed about oh so not so lovingly by the rest of the family. I've had the gel packs before and they give out in the seam just like these do after a period of time and don't cover as big of an area.

I LOVE this brand of heat/cold pack. I bought one of these at Walgreens well over a year ago now and it still works. The beads haven't burst, it still retains heat for roughly 30-40 minutes depending upon what else I'm wearing. I have not frozen it, however, and can't speak to its' durability when frozen and heated repeatedly.When I saw how much cheaper this product is on Amazon I was really excited and immediately purchased a couple of their products for my mother, and a shoulder pack for my fiance.I'm SO glad that I gave these a try even though they're expensive in-store. They are completely worth every penny; and even more so at this lower, online price :)

I love the idea of this, and mostly loved it, but I will caution that I ruined mine within the first week because (presumably) I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds longer than was suggested on the box. The outer plastic melted. :(So take the directions seriously! Don't try for just a little hotter like I did!

Wow. What an utter piece of garbage.I bought this awhile back, and only used it once because it didn't stay cold for very long. I put it in a ziplock freezer bag, and put it back in the freezer. I just now decided to give it another shot because I'm recovering from surgery, and needed an ice pack that would stay in place. I went to remove it from the freezer bag, and it was super slimy. Then I noticed blue liquid in the bottom of the bag. I've used the thing once!I am just grateful I didn't buy more. My original intention was to buy them in all sizes. I'm so glad I didn't!

From Amazon mine was defective. The beads looked dried up. Bought a similar and smaller one from a drug store but it cost a lot more. Oh well. Works well otherwise. I use it in the freezer and apply to my skin with a shirt as a barrier. You can get frostbite and cause skin damage.

My son used this back wrap for various sports injuries- back, shoulder, arm, etc. The straps really weren't that useful as I'd hoped and tended to get in the way. We had it for about a year and things were going okay until we started noticing small blue jelly dots all over the house. Turns out, the pack had sprung a leak and was leaving a trail of blue, one dot at a time. It's not like the cold pack had a hard life- it was not abused. It just spent time in the freezer and on various not-sharp body parts. We had to throw it out and now we're trying the ColPac next. My PT guy speaks highly of that brand and I haven't noticed any telltale blue jellies in the therapy room.

Good product but after 6 months it burst open and the beads fall out.

I love this Icepack! I have had this one for about 8 months and I am buying another one. The velcro is large enough to wrap around my lower back and stays snug.

A long time back pain sufferer who has bought many ice pack apparatuses before. By far this is the best.

Disappointing falls apart with in 4 months
