Incredible Freshness and Flavor
We made this for a weekend gathering and everyone raved. The flavor was decadent and clean. The fillets looked beautiful right out of the packaging and required minimal prep. We seasoned lightly and the taste was clean and ocean-fresh—perfect for a healthy, satisfying meal.

Weight is 15% less than stated
The weight is much less. I ordered 7 lb got less than 6. Each pack is labeled as 1lb net, t is only 0.85lb, even with the package it does weight 1lb
