Great supplement to help with sleep.
This is a wonderful supplement to help you sleep. I chew all my supplements for ease of swallowing, and this one has little to no taste, so it is so easy to take. This is a great value. The pills are medium sized, but if you chew them, they are easy to take. No bad taste. The quality is also great for the price!

Deceptive, but not necessarily a bad product. They got me. I thought I was getting 400 x 400 mg capsules. Look close. It's 400mg per serving and one serving is 2 capsules. It definitely feels intentionally misleading, but I will wait for a better result based answer to wether I reorder or look elsewhere.

I was using a cheaper brand and I was happy with it. When I needed to reorder, I decided to use this brand and it’s seems to be working much better. It’s no y much more in cost. I will continue to purchase from now on.Thank you 😊

Great if you need a supplement to relax you
The media could not be loaded. Good supplement for high stress situations. I normally use it before stressful tasks and at night before sleep, it makes calm and more passive, and overall relaxed, I usually take this with magnecym glycinate. I also have temper issues so with this I feel so much better, only downside it's that it only last 3 hours on me regardless of dosage. I don't recommend taking more than 3 pills per session or 1000mg per day.

Quality seemed okay. if it works for you It might not be a bad product but it didn't do anything for us
