Carbquik Baking Biscuit Mix 3 lbs (3 Pack) CVBD

I love this stuff.. I have been using carbquick for a very long time. I have learned to replace it in so many baked goods recipes. I am not a professional baker, but I bake often and I like to experiment too with ingredients. If anyone has any question on how to make something taste nice, compared to what carbquick recipe they may already have, give a shout, and hopefully I can help you out. Hopefully I can attach some pics to this :)

I teach two different keto support groups and this is by far, the product I recommend the most. I use it for everything: pizza crust, biscuits, waffles, cookies, etc. Whenever a recipe calls for flour, instead of using the beach sand texture of almond flour, I found that I like to use this instead and always have wonderful tasting recipes.

You have to work with the flavor, but anyone into low carb baking can do wonders easily with this mix! Add baking powder for rise in biscuits, make cinnamon/splenda mix add to rolled biscuits recipe and top with cream cheese icing for sweet tooth, etc. Keep it on hand always!

I wanted to try this on my breaded chicken. (Almond flour was not working out and is a poor substitute).I seasoned about a cup of mix with heavy cream and an egg. I put my chicken in the wet batter and then put it in a bag of seasoned dry mix. It turned out perfect. DO NOT FORGET TO SEASON THE DRY MIX YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Do not be stingy with the seasoning. I use Lawry's, paprika and cayenne. It works well with pork chops to. I have not tried it with anything else yet.

I buy this product all the time. Love it! It is so versatile. Less carbs and wonderful for the diabetic. I turned this into the best biscuits, like Kentucky Fried Chicken's. Oh Boy waffles,yes. This is the best gift for watching your blood sugar and feeling treated, Thank you!

I love this product, and I haven't found any store that sells it...so Amazon, it is! If you like to eat low-carb without sacrificing flavor, this is the BEST pancake and biscuit mix for you! I make pancakes out of the "Belgian Waffle" recipe on the back of the box...perfect with butter and keto pancake syrup!!! Don't ever stop selling this, Amazon...PLEASE!

I particularly like two of the recipes - the cheese biscuit recipe and waffles. The waffles are superior to any waffles I have made from scratch or any mix I have used. They are the lightest waffles that just melt in your mouth. I make the cheese biscuits and freeze them to use later with a meal or to make sausage/egg/biscuits for breakfast. I have also used half the cheese biscuit recipe as a topper for a chicken pot pie casserole. I have reordered this many times and given away boxes to family and friends who are eating low-carb.

I never leave rewviews but this one I had to!!! If you are on Keto or dowing low carb... this is the stuff for you! Forget almond and coconut flour, do yourself a favor and buy this. I made pancakes ( from a recipe I found on TikTok) and Oh My God.....I thought i had died and gone to heaven. The box does come with recipes however from reviews ive seen online ( all over) they need some work/ tweeking lol. Ive just swapped out the almond flour with the carbquick and following my normal keto recipes and it seems to be working out great so far. BUY THIS....BUY IT NOW!!!!
