Replaced my old nocs with these so I knew they would lite when shot.
Fit right on my arrows to replace my old nocs. Tried changing out batteries, but much easy to install new ones. Very bright, but never got a shot off to test them out this year! Highly recommend.

These worked for my carbon arrows but they were very tight to install
I bought these for my arrows and they work great but they were very tight to get it, ive had alot of nocks before and these were the hardest to install, i thought i was gonna break they putting them in and not sure how you'd get them out without breaking them but I shot two deer this year and they worked great and you can still twist enough to turn them off so maybe they are suppose to be that tight, my old ones werent as tight

You like "Laser Arrows"?
Anyone who enjoys flinging arrows, will absolutely LOVE these!! They are so easy to use, and make spotting your shot a cinch. Not to mention making you the coolest shooter at the range. Definitely a "MUST" for filming any hunts. You will never lose another arrow again. And that can save you a lot of dough. (trust me). ;) Also has long lasting batteries, that are easy to replace. I have yet to damage one. And I shoot all the time.

Bright light, but hard to turn off
I cannot turn these off by hand - have to use pliars to hold and then wiggle the nock. Could be a problem in the field. but they do have replaceable batteries, so that is an advantage. I have destroyed a couple trying to change batteries, however.

Good for practice, not for hunting!
Having a lighted nock is great for practice, especially when its late and your shooting far enough that you normally wouldn't see where you hit until you go get your arrows. Also having a lighted nock is extremely helpful after that "magic hour" shot. I was pretty excited about hunting with the Lumenocks after practicing with them. I ordered them with a buddy (3 per pack x2) and together we have shot five deer with these Lumenocks. Out of the five deer, TWO of the nocks remained lit after hitting the deer. The only answer we have as to why they turn off on deer, is that the nocks require pressure to turn them on and the impact reverses this. When your bow string pushes them into the arrow shaft, it connects the two leads inside the nock and it turns them on. I'm no physicists, but when your arrow hits your deer (even in the ribs, double lung, and pass through) there's enough energy sent back through the arrow, to push the nock BACK and turn it off. IT WILL NOT HELP YOU IN THE WOODS. I have never taken the time to type a review of any product. I, like most hunters, don't have $30 to waste on something that does not perform as advertised. I took this time, maybe to save some blue collar guys some hard earned money. I have ordered some "Nockternals". My buddy has ordered some nocks that are turned on by a magnet near your arrow rest. Neither of us have shot these products, just know that there are other options out there.

Great item!
I love lumenoks and I use them for target practice and hunts. I have one for every arrow I own. Note that if you want to submit one of the North American 29 big game animals to Pope and Young, these lumenoks will violate P&Y policy. I am not a trophy hunter and I don't care about record books, so I'd rather be able to follow my shot placement. Also if you film your hunts these lumenoks add a great element to your video...nevermind how much easier it is to retrieve your arrow! The orange ones are much brighter and easy to see than the green ones, which tend to dim out in rising sunlight. I only rank this item with 4 stars because occasionally I will get a lumenok with a busted spring. I'd say I get a defective lumenok about 2-3% of the time.
