Good Quality
An excellent comprehensive hand/wrist/finger exercise kit.I purchased this as I have developed arthritis in my fingers and I am hoping this kit will help me.Beware of far less expensive kits which look identical but are actually plastic, this kit is polypropylene and silicon and very good quality.

Good kit, but challenging for recovery
This is a comprehensive kit, with a range of devices to improve mobility and strength. Most have different options, or can be used in different ways, so you can use this for recovery. But if you have weakness from injury or illness, don't expect to be able to squeeze the main grip trainer, until you've improved. They vary, I've found, and I ordered a separate one for my neighbour, who has nerve damage to one hand. Although the same brand, that required less strength. My neighbour could just about squeeze that on the lowest setting, but this, she would not be able to move on any setting. Not knowing this, you could easily become disheartened. It is good that it shows the pressure required, as adjusting it needs a lot of turns, and without the gauge, it seems like nothing is happening. There is a dial on the front, btw, which you twist to increase or reduce the setting. The instructions are quite good, and go into detail for each item. The 21 day challenge is a good idea, but the same applies as above: they start you on the grip trainer on day 3, and for anyone with hand weakness, that is too soon, I would think. So I'd advise trying to follow the programme, but if you find it too hard, just stay longer on each stage. It is good that it gives you a structure and you can see your progress, but if you cannot do the exercise at all, you are likely to be disappointed and give up.As a guide: I am nearly 60 and female, and have average hand strength for my size, gender and age, I would say. I can move it on the lower level of the red area, but only with difficulty. At the highest setting, I can barely move it. Even on the lowest setting, it is a bit of a challenge to do any number of repetitions, so please bear this in mind.Another thing to note: even if you cannot move the device, trying to will still improve your strength, so try not to give up too soon. This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. I try to use or test all products, or if I can't, I at least check them. You can see my rating system on my public profile under my bio, as I don't want to add it to every review.

Brilliant range of grip exercisers
This is a fantastic range of grip strengthening exercisers that help improve muscle strength and joint mobility in your hands and lower arms. There is a huge variety of exercises that can be carried out using this kit, everything from light pressure joint manipulation to full-on crushing grip strengthening - all the equipment is extremely effective. All in all this is a great value for money range of equipment that won’t disappoint.

Good quality and comprehensive set
This is a comprehensive kit to help strengthen your grip and can also be used as part of rehabilitation after injury once cleared for use by health professionals. U ordered this item as I have started to get stiffness in my fingers and occasional painful cramps. The idea was to use these items on a regular basis to improve flexibility, movement and even strength although the latter being less important to me than the first two.The range of tools available are pretty comprehensive and all seem to be of good quality. The set includes; a squeeze ball, grip ring, finger stretcher, finger exerciser, massage ball and a grip device which allows for adjustable resistance. All items appear to work as described and after a short period of use, can be felt to be exercising different muscles. I had to ease into using items as the first few times started hurting my hands and causing cramps. I have tried persevering but it’s not easy! I have slowed down my sessions and usage in the hope that I will experience some gains over time but still get some issues which may well be down to mild arthritis which I will discuss it my doctor on the next visit. Overall, I can see how this kit could be very useful to most people although I have seen many similar kits available at lower prices although I cannot assess whether they are of the same quality.

Complete set for stronger hands
The media could not be loaded. I had a similar set before this and gave it to my mother. This is by far the better set. It is more complete and the booklet is very informative and helpful. Within a week I was noticing a difference. But it is important to commit to it and continue using it to help maintain the strength and avoid muscle and joint pains. Each equipment is very good quality. Not the best though. Each one works differently and works a different part of the hand. One of the booklets details what each equipment is and how it works. Very informative. Easy to read and understand. The second booklet goes through a routine. Instructing you to follow a set exercise for 3 days. Then another exercise for 3 days and so on. This is great and helped me a lot. I managed to strengthen my hands and relieved me from joint pains. I became lazy and forgot to continue, I noticed my hands were weaker and at times, painful.
