I am following a carbohydrate restricted diet which is working well. I saw this product on Amazon which is stated to have some of the benefits I am looking for to work in conjunction with my diet. It is of course up to individuals to decide if it is right for themselves.The brand is new to me but I was pleased to note that it is UK manufactured from pharmaceutical grade ingredients. The resealable envelope contains 60 pills and the serving size is one to two each morning. There is a long expiry date of 08/27.

Small pouch, easy to swallow, 2 month supply, great results! Less bloating & holding less water… key is to actually drink MORE water, and also pee more, so far so good! 🔥🔥🔥

Big big fan! I used these after being sick for a few days & really noticed a difference in hydration, definitely helped with speeding up my rehydration. Pretty happy with these, I’ll be sticking these in my camping kit.

If you suffer from bloating, and water retention problems then these are ideal. They come in a small plastic ziplock packet, rather than a bottle. I guess this is both good and bad… Good because it saves space etc, but bad because it’s plastic….That aside, the tablets have now discernible smell or taste and are easy to swallow. I’ve only tried them once, but they did make me pass water more, so I guess they work.I don’t really suffer with bloating, although do when I’m on holiday. Because of the easy to pack, space saving packaging, these are coming away with me…

Taken these for a while now, I can’t say I’ve noticed any change in anything water related? I imagined they shed excess water retention but I can’t say I noticed any changed in my daily output! I didn’t have any adverse reactions to them, found them easy to swallow and with little to no taste. I’m sure they should have done more, I had water tablets recommended to me by a friend to shed excess water and how they felt lighter etc but these did not do anything for me. Packaging was ok as is the information just didn’t work,
