I like the boost that if gives
It taste as good as I’ve had and gives the boost that I like without the stimulant. Powder clumps a little but it dissolves fine.

Terrible, came in chunks. Clunky and tasted terrible. Probably had moisture in there and its stuff the manufacturer discards. Can’t return it also. Buy it from a trusted store local, where you know your not getting ripped off.

This pre work out works wonders! I feel a large impact with my work outs and being able to lift heavier than usual due to the access energy it builds! It doesn’t last too long but is still a good pre work out and the flavor is good!

Taste great
The best flavor is Baja bomb, great energy and value. It usually will last me about a month and a half because my caffeine tolerance is pretty high now. So I will take a few days off from it to get a nice boost before a WOD!

It’s alright I guess.
Honestly just disappointed with redcon1 because the product was all clumped up inside the container. Flavors not all there with the one I got but I’m sure if it was fresh powder it would be good. All in all gives a good pump the few times I’ve taken it.
