Less than a week
After only 5 days this piece of trash all of a sudden there's no keyboard/to sign in and my fingerprint option was missing as well. I could not get proper assistance not even tech people could help or would help! Do Not Purchase! NOT WORTH THE Money - Now today 12/24 my refund should've been received as Amazon stated but it's 4:53pm.and refund is still processing per Amazon! This refund started on 12/6 so I don't understand why it is so hard for you to refund money on defective products! Definitely have a lot of nerve!
