Seller replaced defective item at no cost
New: I had received a defective item, which the seller replaced at no cost. The new one is standing up to life much better. The thinness does mean it's not as resistant to bending as other, thicker, phones, but if bending is not a consideration, or weight is a priority, then this phone is a decent choice.Old: This is not at all rugged! Barely a few weeks after buying, and the side metal pieces are bent, rubber seals are coming off. If you value a phone which stands up to life, then buy another phone, because this is not it! Very disappointing
