Used this same exact mechanism at my PT's office, so much more convenient to do it at home every night, the traction is easy to self control, the relief of my neck and shoulder pain is tremendous. I use it often for maintaining my comfort.

I spend long hours at a desk, so I was excited to try something that could relieve tension in my neck. Unfortunately, this product was a huge letdown. At first, it seemed to work okay, but after only two weeks, the pump started leaking. No matter how many times I tried, it wouldn’t hold air anymore, making the device completely unusable. For the price, I expected something far more durable. Do yourself a favor and invest in something that won’t fall apart after a few uses.

The item works great, physical therapist helped set it for us. Excellent device, arrived when ordered, gives pain relief, easy to use, therapist said high quality device.

I am pleased with this product. It’s not complicated. Biggest thing I learned is not to move around too much while it’s under pressure or it will lose tension. It works well and has made a big difference with the pain caused by a bulge in my neck. It has relieved The nerve pain burning down my left arm. I do recommend using this product.

I bought this specific brand and model upon the recommendation of my physical therapist. It brought tremendous relief between appointments and hopefully will save me some future visits as well. She did provide the information on intensity and frequency of use, which I recommend. It was easy to use since I was already familiar with using traction. She also trained me thoroughly so that I didn’t have the issues others mentioned about it not holding.

After several phone calls, I was able to get a refund for this item that was defective. I have ordered several other units from this provider that do work as advertised.
