Yes these are not true to size, I’m 5’5” and usually wear medium to large , due to other’s reviews on how these are smaller , I’ve order the XL and still it’s more of a medium size .Another issue is the graphic , it may look good from a distance of say 10-15 feet , but up close like when someone is talking to you, yeah it’s very distorted.Another downside is for the amount that you’ve paid , the hoodie is very thin and right away when you pick it up you can feel how cheap the material and quality this hoodie is .It’s too bad since from the pictures , it have high potential, and the anime have a good story line , that was why I went with this .But in the end if I have to summarize this in one word is : disappointment

It's precisely what you would expect for the cost. My only unexpected hang up is the depiction isn't as clear as it could or should be. Again, not a bad deal I just wish it was a little clearer.
