I really love this blend - black walnut and wormwood are excellent, but can can be difficult to find from most brands. Overall, this is a great blend and well made.

I took this for 30 days. I didn't see a difference in energy, I still wanted to sleep. My bowels didn't move any faster. Not to say it doesn't work but it didn't for me. They are also a challenge to swallow with the capsule type pill it is. I think I would've been better off just taking it without water or some other beverage. I will try something else with these same ingredients.

Very mild product good for low maintenance dont recommend for detoxing your system. Waste of time you need stronger if you need to cleanse your system
