Here’s a detailed account of my experience:Initial Setup:Unboxing the remote, I was initially impressed by its sleek design and intuitive button layout.Batteries ARE NOT INCLUDED so bear this mind.Performance:Upon attempting to use the remote, I noticed it wasn’t responding to any commands. Assuming the batteries might be the issue, I replaced them with fresh ones from a reputable brand. However, the remote still failed to work. I tried various troubleshooting steps, including:1. **Re-inserting the Batteries**: I ensured they were placed correctly, but this made no difference.2. **Cleaning the Battery Contacts**: I checked for any potential obstructions or corrosion, but the contacts were clean and intact.3. **Resetting the Remote**: Following the manufacturer’s reset procedure from Google and YouTube, I still saw no improvement.Despite these efforts, the remote remained unresponsive. It neither powered on the TV nor operated any functions, essentially making it a useless piece of plastic.Build Quality:While the design is appealing, it is overshadowed by the remote's failure to perform its basic function. The buttons, although nicely arranged, are rendered meaningless without any operational capability.Conclusion:Sent back for a refund.
