Less than impressed
UPDATED following firmware update:I just installed the firmware update, and the unit now will not respond to any commands.I just installed the unit to control my motorized awnings on our deck. Setup was FAR easier than any of my other home automation products. The system works perfectly and integrates with Alexa without a single issue. Some have complained that one has to tell Alexa to “tell MyLink to...” to initiate commands. Seriously folks? It’s an inconvenience to you to have to say four words in front of your command? If so, you need to loosen up your schedule a bit!Great product!

I like the concept
I like the concept. It was straight forward to program. The only issue I have noticed is I have my blinds in a room (3blinds) on the same channel ie office channel 1 game room channel 2 and so on. Sometimes when programs to open or close one set of blinds in that group might fail to open or close. Doing the morning schedule run 2 of the 3 blinds will open. The next day 3 of the 3 will open and the following day maybe 2 of the 3 will open. This might happen 1-2 times a week. But overall I still like the fact that I can schedule my blinds to open and close blinds automatically.

Waited Five Years For This Bridge. Awesome.
Easiest installation ever. Opened the box. Plugged into the outlet used by one of my drape motors. Connected the the MyLink WiFi signal on my iPhone. Followed the App prompts. Not a single glitch. Works flawlessly. And I can move my drapes from anywhere in the world that gives my iPhone Internet access.

Don’t buy for integration to Alexa
Works well with their mobile app, but bought it for Alexa control of my porch screens. Somfy Alexa skill poorly implemented. Usually requires at least 5 commands to get it to work

Can't delete a channel after programmed.
Easy setup but have problem with programming. I have 9 windows, for some unknown reason some channel also controls windows that not programmed for. I can't figure out how to delete these channel after programmed. I deleted the app restart the set up from scratch but still same problem. Will contact tech support on Monday.11/05/2018 changed rating. Great support, I know how to delete unwanted windows from a channel now.

Works like a charm !
I was skeptical of this device would work with my 4 Somfy blinds, but it works perfectly and integrates perfectly with Alexa for voice control as well as control from the iPhone app. Definitely recommend.
