I love this formulation. I have gotten allergic or sensitive like hyaluronic acid and all manner of fruit acid and if it says "All natural" I know it will tear my skin apart. I love this body wash. I had been using a very expensive product (L'Occitane Almond Oil body wash) that was wrecking my skin although it did smell great, and my bathroom was becoming a grave yard of body washes that I couldn't use. I decided to get serious and find one I would be able to tolerate and become brand loyal to cut down on the waste. This is the perfect solution to all my problems. It keeps my skin healthy and clean feeling. In just a couple of weeks, my skin had calmed down and stopped itching. The lotion does lather up ever so gently which I appreciate. I just don't feel clean without that lather. Then there is the bottle that I truly love. The shape is very elegant and the wrapper comes completely off and so it looks quite elegant in the bathroom in pure white. I dislike labels in the bathroom unless they are very pretty like the L'Occintane. So having the ability to shed the label means everything to me. The only complaint I have is small. The bottle flip top is difficult to open so I want to leave it open all the time. A pump although ugly would be nice or if they would just make the flip top a bit more user friendly. Still it won't keep me from buying this product. I plan to stay brand loyal and keep my bathroom clutter free of half used body washes that didn't quite make it.

We really like this stuff. We put it on our bath poufs and it lathers up a lot. Haven't noticed any smell. It is a little expensive for the size of the bottle, but it is a good product. Highly recommend.

When I first got this, I was completely appalled at the price for the amount. I have always used whatever body wash I liked until the last two years my skin has Really started flaring up with eczema and psoriasis. I have been on the hunt for the last two years to find something that doesn’t burn my skin or make me itchy! This product is for people who have very sensitive skin! Made me feel very comfortable after I used it and not itchy. Does what it says it does. It did leave me feeling more moisturized than previous body washes. Works like it should for the price has no sent. It comes in a very small bottle less than a can of Dr Pepper but is well worth it.

My skin is extra sensitive and it’s very hard to find a cleanser that doesn’t aggravate my rosacea or other sensitive areas, so far this cleanser does the trick. There’s no fragrance to it, it’s creamy but does suds up a little, and washes away easily. I was looking for a cleanser that also doesn’t strip all the oil from my skin, but I have yet to find a cleanser that can do that. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks now and I have had 0 negative skin reactions so for me that’s 5 star even if it doesn’t leave my skin moisturized. You might respond then get a moisturizer... wish it were that easy, I have yet to find one moisturizer that will work on my full face and neck. I currently use 3 different moisturizers, one for eyes, another for face and a 3rd for my neck. Good luck, hope it works well for you! Definitely recommend for those with sensitive skin.

Product preferred for skin type

I have seborrhic dermatitis in my T-zone aside from having really sensitive skin. I used the regular Cetaphil cleanser and in the long run, it made my skin dryer. I work in a hospital so wearing a mask everyday made it worse for my skin.I tried this type and Cetaphil and it is a lot better than the regular one. It doesnt dry my skin like the regular one. It is also very economical because you only need a very small amount and still lathers nicely.Volume wise, this feels more expensive than the regular Cetaphil but it's really not. It may be half the size of the bottle with pump but this type of Cetaphil will still last a long time because you only need a very small amount to wash your face. Bottom line, great price with great results

Less than twice the price as the Gentle Cream Cleanser I’ve been using but appears to be every bit as good, and is available through Amazon whereas my previous favorite was available at Ulta Beauty near my home, and is now only available direct purchase through the company. I love my original product but am frustrated with availability, espically given the expense.
