Mug Rack Wall Mounted Coffee Cup Holder, 8 Rows 36 Peg Home Kitchen and Breakroom Organizer (37” x 19.5”)

This is perfect for displaying all of our Starbucks "You Are Here" and "Been There" mugs from the many road trips we've taken over the years.MY only complaint was the instructions weren't the clearest - they could do with been re-written (preferably by a woman). The only complaint from my hubby is that the screws provided were a little on the cheap side, and are easily stripped if not careful - which I did. Good thing they include two extra screws!Other than those two things, once assembled it seems very sturdy and capable of holding all of these mugs with no trouble. I really do love how it looks on the wall!

The product arrived on time with all the required parts and instructions. During assembly it became obvoius that rack was not plumb and required manual adjustments. The instructions stated that the mounting brackets were set 16" off-center to align with wall studs. In fact, the brackets were 17" off-center, making wall stud alignment difficult without utilizing drywall mounts (included). I wanted all 4 mounts secured into the wall studs. The manufacturer implies that the product will hold 36 mugs. This is not true unless your mugs are smaller than normal. I would not purchase this product again and I cannot recommend it.

First I want to say I love the look of this product. I would give it a 5 star rating but for two things. I bought two of these. In one of them, two of the screws were different. You need a Phillips screwdriver for these two while all the others you would use a hex key. They are also slighter shorter making them not hold as well. Also the anchors they sent with the racks are useless. They went right through the wall because they don’t have a lip to catch it. Needless to say one of the anchors and the screw that went with it is now inside my wall. If you want to order these make sure you have the right extra pieces before you begin.

I’m so happy I bought this!Yes the bars had a slight bend, but it’s easy to adjust. When mounted on the wall it sits perfectly flush and is very sturdy. It comes with everything you need to mount it.I love it and am so happy with my coffee bar :)

Good quality materials, but putting it together was a bit of a pain. Because of the paint on the metal, the screws were difficult to turn. Once the unit was loosely put together (per the instructions) hanging it was a challenge. The top/bottom bars block the screw attachment to tighten the unit to the wall. NOT a one-person job, for sure.

Decent little mug rack... unfortunately one of the bars was bent as seen in picture. Also the rows are alittle too close to one another n dont give enough room for the mugs to freely hang even normal to smaller size mugs hang awkwardly. However its a decent built mug rack & will do the job.

Very well made and easy to assemble. Holds lots of mugs. Only downfall is my rae dunn mugs do not fit very well with this rack. The spacing between mugs is not enough for rae dunn mugs.

Ok so I bought this for coffee cups. However, when I put it together, I decided to use it of my many necklaces and Atlanta Falcon caps. So now I will have to order another for scarves and other hats. It is a great product that has many uses beyond the kitchen. I love it!
