It is very easy to use.
The product is amazing. I was about to throw out the sofa and after using this product on the problematic areas, the sofa looks brand new

Works great
I was amazed by how great this worked. I just used a little bit at a time and rubbed it in to the leather. It took a while but the results were worth it.It doesn’t look or feel “fake” or painted on. It looks like it’s brand new. So far pretty durable too. It doesn’t seen to rub off or scratch off. It’s easy to use and doesn’t have any bad odor. Very happy with results.

Good product
Made my leather chair good as new! Worth the price and worth not having to replace my leather sofa.

Would recommend
This worked really good. I am very happy with the coverage. I have a lot of scratches and this totally covered them up. Looks as good as new. I was a little worried that it might wear off on clothes if you sat on it and it was not the case. I will definitely keep it on hand to use again.

Will bleed and wear off, not water resistant, just sits on top of absorbent leather
You can never clean the item you use this on again. I followed directions exactly, only applied 1 coat, then let dry for 24 hours - way more than the ten minutes they tell you to wait. Wiped down with a wrung out, damp (not wet) cloth and all the balm started coming off. Not excess - ALL of it. Used on an absorbent leather, yet none of the product integrated with the leather; just sits on top of it. Would not be safe on any object that would need wiping down in the future. Not water resistant. Will bleed. Extremely disappointed that is not made obvious in the item description. Is a nice look for an item that you are never going to actually use.

It's Okay
If it were a little cheaper, or had better instructions, I would have given it 4 stars.- Instructions on the box are limited. Don't make my mistake, watch the video on the Amazon listing: the thing that looks like a piece of padding stuffed into the box to keep the jar from rattling around is what you use to "pat" the balm around, the things that look like makeup powder pads are what you use to polish the leather after the balm is dried.- When you remove the foil seal from the top of the jar, there will be some of the leather balm on the bottom side of the foil, and you will get it on your hands. It cleans off easily enough when it's wet.- Easy to get the balm where you don't want it (with respect to shoes, the shoelace eyes, top of the sole, anything on that's not actually leather).- The polishing pad didn't seem to do anything for me, but my hiking boots are 25+ years old.See photo (left side is the untouched boot, right side has had a couple of coats of the leather balm applied and polished): it does look better.

Sections near door were raw leather color but now match!
This stuff is easy to use and honestly I was initially worried about how well the color would match but once I applied it, let it set for a bit and then wiped off the excess, the color was a perfect match! I used this on my 2013 King Ranch truck seats where there was cracking and very large areas of discoloration. I’ve had the truck for almost 6 years and the seats look better now than they did when I bought it! It doesn’t fully get rid of the cracks or deep scratches but it does fill a lot of them and it seams to have conditioned the leather too!
