I don't usually write a review but I have to come back to give this a 5 star rating. It is hands down, one of the best party favors for kids birthday parties and then some.I always HATED giving out party favors that end up to be a bunch of candy and junk in a bag that will all go to landfill with no purpose. This is a good size stick that can be handed out alone for each kid so I don't need to dress it up with additional junk. Then, it really works! I haven't checked individually but for the ones that the kids turn on, they all worked. It also lighted up very beautifully and tastefully. It doesn't feel tacky or cheap. I bought the 2 dozen version and at the time I bought it it was about $1.6 per party favor. You can not beat that! We had 13x 10 yo kids and I have a lot of leftovers. We took a few to a dinner party, handed it to the kids, and they had a BLAST playing with it at the restaurant. It also looked beautiful in photos! We still have a few left and I can give it out at any time, halloween and such. These foam sticks do not disappoint.One non-complaint cons is, that one evening dinner where I gave these to a few kids at our party, I could see the kids (10 years old) really attempted to break it after an hour of so bobbing at each other. So at the end of the night 2 of them were broken, but you can't complain!

The media could not be loaded. I’m allergic to a lot of things, and so are a couple of my nieces. A couple of years ago, instead of handing out candy, I started handing out things like those little plastic poppers, foam airplanes, stampers, etc. I figure I usually spent $100-150 on candy, and I can get some fun little toys for that amount, the kids have really liked them, and I have a teal pumpkin on my porch so people know my house is allergy friendly. This year is different for everyone, and I was looking for some big glow sticks and some fun masks. I came across these and ordered two packs to start with. They came in and I ordered two more packs. They are REALLY big! I’m 5’6 and you can see in the pic, it’s as long as my shin bone! And it’s a good inch and a half thick. They are individually wrapped in plastic, and there’s a little pull tab interrupting the batteries that’s easy to get out. If you use these for Halloween, you might put a trash can at the end of your drive for the wrappers. I had planned to put up some yard stakes, make a web with twine and use clothespins to hang these on so kids could grab them, I could see costumes, and we can all keep a safe distance, but it turns out I have to be elsewhere that evening. However, the ice rink is doing a social distance trunk or treat, so these will be what I hand out there. I’m making a penalty box that will be full of spider webs, I have a big fuzzy spider, and then I’ll have these where the kids have to reach past the spider to get one. It should be fun and I plan to be the cool mom with the glow swords. I have already caught the 15yo and 22yo having light saber fights with these.

These were excellent. I think I had one that didn't work out the the entire box. They were bright and added so much to our youth conference. We pulled them out as we were singing our closing song and they made it so special. They really shine in the dark and they are the perfect size.

Fun. Different settings. Lasted at least two hours -- but probably not 4.

Tested all of the sticks when we got them. Only a few didn’t work properly. Got a small refund for those. The rest of the products were great, kids loved them.Only issue is that the top has a hole that is covered with a small foam cylinder that is lightly glued down. Some aren’t glued enough (not sure if that’s intentional or not. However have 60 kids hide them like light sabers resulted in many small foam pieces being scattered.Other than the minor trash it worked great. Has 3 light settings and what looks like a replaceable battery. All 3 colors are on at the same time. First setting is fast flash/strobe, 2nd slower flas/strobe, 3rd no flash/strobe.

The media could not be loaded. Bought them for our daughter's Quinceañera (15th birthday/coming of age celebration). These helped get the party started and kept it going.. They come individually wrapped and each has a pull tab that needs to be removed before use (to keep battery from prematurely draining). It was super easy for our guests, from young to old, to figure out how to use these. We had a blast!
