I have tried two other type round ice makers but this is definitely my favorite. It is much easier to fill instead of having to use individual ice ball molds. I find that after removing the frozen cups from the freezer I let them sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes for easier removal of removing ice balls.

Mad e my 1st batch of balls and used both tap and filtered water and they both came out clear. Was hesitant to buy die to the price but worth it and much better than my silicone ones I previously was using

The ball mold doesn't come out of the cup so easily. I have already put this set away. Great idea, but still could not get it out after 1/2 hour.

Works as advertised.Just keep in mind because these are bigger. It'll take about 24 hours to produce this kind of ice. The marker for the minimum amount of water inside the little insulated cup is spot on.Works like a charm and the ice is very nice..

Makes perfect round cubes that are clear. Makes drinks the best!

These are awesome! After 23 hrs, my freezer is set to 0 degrees. These came out great and I was able to instantly take the ice balls out of the molds with no problem at all.

First use was extremely difficult to open, but has become much easier. The outer container is longer than necessary so a lot of unused ice in bottom but otherwise good

I've tried virtually every mold out there and none come as close to shaper quality as this one. I tested tap, filtered from the fridge, bottled, and distilled. Distilled came out terrible, tap and bottle were OK, but the filtered water from the fridge was near perfect. I didn't have any trouble removing the mold either. Some people are saying you need at least 24 hours but I only did 20 hours as instructed by their manual. My freezer is set to 0°f. I'm definitely going to order another set
