Great Treadmill! Very pleased.
I’ve had this Treadmill for a month now. Assembly was great. Quick and easy! I’m very pleased. It is solidly built and quiet. I was worried about the noise because my room is on the upper floor above the living room, but there is hardly any noise. I am a large person, 6’ and 202 pounds and wear a size 11 women’s shoe and the belt has ample width and length. The incline feature is seamless. Incline, speed and mode change easily with a press of a button. The display and features are legible and easy to use. Folding it took me a couple of tries but now it’s a breeze!! Highly recommend! Great value for what you get.

Robust basic machine for good value
These comments are for the model CTM5104 treadmill. The treadmill arrived well-packaged and in good condition. The box was extra-thick cardboard, with lots of styrofoam and plywood side panel pieces for extra rigidity. The FedEx driver said she was worried about delivery due to the bulk and weight, but she knew she'd have help when she saw that a signature was required. Assembly was trivial and only required a few screws to secure the folding sections in place. The only separate pieces were the two plastic base panels. Tools are included but I used my own. I didn't measure the actual incline before testing the functionality of the unit, but after testing the speed and incline functions, I returned the incline to what the display said was zero. I then noticed that the actual incline seemed higher than zero, and the incline piston had about an inch of unused travel, with no obstructions under the unit, and space apparently available for further decline. I measured the incline geometrically using a carpenter's level and a metric tape measure to get the standard rise-over-run numbers to calculate the slope (incline). The actual incline was 6.1%. This is too much incline for a "zero" setting. To compensate, I place a 2.25-inch high block of wood under the back corners. This block must be long enough to accommodate the forward and backward motion during incline and decline. With this block, and with the incline display at zero, the actual incline was 1.1%, which is acceptable. With or without the block under the back corners, the total range of inclination measured 7.7% across the full display range of 0-15%. (As expected from the math, without the wood block, the actual inclination ranged from 6.1% to 13.8%, i.e., a 7.7% differential. With the block, it ranged from 1.1% to 8.8%.) Also, the actual inclination wasn't linear with the displayed scale, i.e., a 0 to 5% display changed the slope 3% (from 1.1% to 4.1%), 10-15% changed it 2.5%, and 10-15% changed it 2.2%. This might only be an issue if you are using two different treadmills and you want to use the exact same inclination on both. My wife and I use this treadmill for walking, for which the 20-inch wide belt and 48-inch length are perfectly adequate. I like having the convenience of speed and incline controls on the hand arms. The pulse sensor is okay but as the manual states, it's not a medical device; the reading seems to depend a bit on which part of my hand is in contact with the sensors and how tightly I grip the handle. The display is pretty nice, with large numbers for speed and elapsed time. On the lower left, it shows inclination while it's being adjusted, and then shows pulse rate continuously. The lower right shows calories and distance, alternating every 5 seconds. I wish there was a way to select distance for continuous display. The treadmill has been functioning well. We wanted a treadmill with all the basic functions, with no requirement to connect it to the Internet, and this one serves nicely. It arrived with the belt tension and position just fine, so no pre-use adjustments were needed. The unit looks nice, and seems to be very sturdy and robust. The 3 HP motor may be more than we need, but I wanted to have power to spare and not have the motor strain under any use conditions, which will probably give greater lifetime without problems. So other than the incline peculiarity, we are very pleased with this treadmill.

It is a quality machine with some very nice convenient features.
I had several criteria that a treadmill needed to meet, and finding one that ticked ALL of the boxes was almost impossible, this treadmill was LITERALLY the only one that has: Auto incline A wide enough running belt Folded flat AND fit beneath my bed frame (sub 10") Quick adjustments to fold and un-fold flat. I found plenty of treadmills that ticked some of these boxes, but none that met all of my needs. I was even willing to spend more money if I had to, but treadmills like this just don't exist at any pricepoint. So happy that after 4 days of research I finally found this treadmill. On paper it sounded too good to be true, but in practice, it really is every bit as good and even exceeds expectations. Working some cardio into my life is a new thing, but this treadmill has made it fun and easy to get into. The bluetooth connectivity is great! The app that they send you to with the QR code on the machine works great, but it wasn't working well with my heart monitor (disconnects every time you minimize or close the app), so I found a couple of other apps that together accomplish everything I want: QZ Fitness and Strava! QZ tracks everything and works great with your basic heart rate monitor, and it auto exports your data to Strava which makes it easy to track my progress. The treadmill is sturdy, and smooth. The elevation goes all the way up to 20% which is more than I will likely ever use. I really like how the elevation resets down to 0 after you stop the machine. Zero complaints here, I am one happy customer!
