Are these Lakeland butter portions still supplied with a cool pack and polystyrene sheets either side. Same as I bought last year

I had to throw mine away, complete waste of money. Even though I was home, whoever delivered this package left it beside my garden waste bin in 30* heat and I didn’t find out for hours so you can imagine!

How are individual batter portions packed for postage

Small cardboard box contains the 100 wrapped portions for delivery and for ongoingstorage. On delivery this is surrounded by insulation to keep everything cool during delivery. This is inside the delivery envelope, all still small enough to fit the letterbox and avoid any delivery delays.
