The perfect amature kayak
This kayak is just what i was looking for. It is lightweight.I can place it on top of my car and tke it off by myself, which is important, It is very stable in the waer yet easy to manuver. I have gone out in it twice so far and had a wonderful time!

Super lightweight
I bought this for my daughter (11yr old) - she loves it - and I would just as easily buy this for myself. We've taken it out once on flat water - and it did well at the windy choppy mouth of the river. This is very lightweight - easy to get on and off the car and into the water.

Nice bang for buck
Don't know about being good for beginners like some have said, but I found it to be fast and responsive. Seemed a bit tippy, but it's the first new kayak I've used in a year, so maybe I'm just comparing it to my old one too much. Lighter than my old one and easier to carry/put on car due to body design. Hull shape leads to more inertia in water than some designs. Drain plug on stern is nice when you put it on your roof to drive home. My only real gripe is that I can't recline back in seat to kick back and chill.
