It’s okay
The phone still gets pretty hot sitting in my car all day during the summer but it doesn’t get as hot as it use to. Fits the newest I phone but not the max version.

I cannot say whether this works for heat/cold protection as that is not what I was looking for. I needed something to keep my phone screen from getting scratched by keys while in my bag. This works perfect. I use an Iphone 12 that is in a shatter case and this works great for that use.

Works as advertised. However you cannot hear your phone ring at all while it’s in the bag
