Great for long distance biking.
I typically mountain bike 4 days a week, 25 miles per., and take GU for 2nd half of each ride. It gives me energy I need to punch through the ride, and then some.

Zero bonk
I purchased this 8-pack for an Aquabike competition and it was tremendous. I made sure to stay hydrated and pre-fueled. But, it was these gels that gave me the legs for the 25-mile ride. There was no time during the ride where I felt like my legs were losing it. I felt strong and 100% fueled for my ride. They taste great and the energy hits your system in about 7-8 minutes. Love em!

great flavor
tried these for the first time on my last 2 runs. did a 10 mile run and half-Marathon and these helped out alot. I have other flavor Guu packets but this one was great also has caffeine. Much neeeded for that energy boost mid way thru my run. Will buy again !!

This is my favorite flavor! Definitely felt like it helped energy level on my long runs. I didn’t think the thickness was too bad either.
