Micro Ingredients Organic Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder, 1 lb

This is a great addition to smoothies and add so much flavor with so little powder. It's expensive but effective and the fantastic option.

This is sooo good! Organic, too. I've tried other strawberry powders and this is now my favorite. It tastes like strawberries fresh off the plant. Sweet, tart and full of flavor. The others I tried had half the taste and were less easily incorporated into my smoothies and other recipes. I added it to a peach cobbler and it was delicious. If you have trouble incorporating it into liquid you can add a bit of warm water to it before adding the rest of your ingredients, easy peasy. I've now tried several of the Micro Ingredients powdered fruits and have been extremely happy with the taste. The tomato powder is more finely ground than the others and also tastes freshly picked. You can't go wrong with this brand.

It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Pros: Seems to be good quality, organic product, with good flavor when used by itself (photo 1 is a whole scoop of the powder in 12 ounces of just plain coconut milk). It might also work well if you are making strawberry ice cream. Cons: The flavor is easily overpowered by adding other ingredients, especially super greens powder (see photo 2). It also doesn't dissolve well so it might be best to add an ounce of liquid and mix it in and then add it to your drink.

This is a great powder! I make a lot of baked goods, candy, gummies, and this stuff is the best. It is purely strawberry powder-Nothing extra in there like some of the others, so it truly tastes like strawberries. It has an earthy taste and you only need a small amount. It goes a long way. There is some clumping in the bag naturally so you kind of have to break it up but it's very easy to do and it doesn't affect the taste or texture. It gives off a great pink/red color when you bake with it so beware if you're not looking for those colors. Other than tha, truly a great product.

I do not like this product at all! I tried using it just to enhance my drinking water and adding to to smoothies. It's just Not Good Tasting!! I missed the dealine for returning the product for a refund. I wish I had never bought it!

I purchased this organic strawberry powder to use in shakes, cottage cheese, yogurt and juice. It makes it easy for me to get strawberry nutrients throughout the year. The texture doesn't change the flavor of my yogurt and cottage cheese. I like that this powder doesn't contain additional ingredients. It is somewhat expensive. The taste and quality are good. All that being said, it is a bit hard to mix this powder in liquids without using a blender. I'm not a baker. I can't speak to its baking ability.

I tried this because I figured it would be cheaper, easier, and more convenient than buying freeze dried strawberries and blending them into powder myself all the time. But I feel like the strawberry flavor wasn’t as strong and I had to use way more powder than expected to achieve the flavor I wanted. I mostly use it to make strawberry crunch topping. It might be better for other things.
