Healthy Goat 3 Bottles of 500ml Goats Milk Kefir Billions of Live Active Bacteria.

I am an insomniac, have IBS, nasal catarrh and gastric reflux. I bought an eight days supply of this and, after three days I fond myself sleeping through for at least six hours. My catarrh has almost disappeared. My IBS has calmed down a lot and so has the reflux. For me this kefir is amazing and I bought with little faith as I had tried the kefir that is on sale in supermarkets with no results. That stuff is horrible and it is also pasteurized once the kefir is brewed so that defeats the whole object. This goat kefir tastes delicious and most important of all it works. Unfortunately, being a lone pensioner it is too expensive for me to buy on a regular basis so I am now brewing my own goat kefir after buying the necessary grains. To those who can afford it, I can thoroughly recommend this as an amazing product that worked wonders for me.
