The paint color matches perfectly. When I put it on, you can tell that it has been painted. I hope to prevent the peeling from spreading.

The color matches, but it works best only for small scratches etc. The more shallow the scratch the better. But if it's a deep chip in the paint, it makes for a bumpy application. Still worked for me in several areas. Seems to be good quality paint. Overall a good value.

It was not as easy to do, but I'm going to put that off from user issues. I'm not skilled. The color match was perfect until it dried. It dried off white and dull.

We have two 2017 VW’s that both are painted in Pure White. I bought some OEM touch-up paint when we got the cars but have never been happy with how it works; the felt-tip applicator can be challenging to get started and does not provide consistent coverage. This PARTS4EV paint has, in contrast, a traditional bush applicator and that, in principle, should work better or least more reliably. Unfortunately, the paint tube that I received seems to have leaked a bit and the paint might have deteriorated and perhaps separated before it got to me. You can see that in one of the attached photos where there is a yellow cast near the base of the tube and around the label; the other photo shows this bottle next to the OEM equivalent. I doubt that anyone would buy a tube like this if they saw it in a store. What you cannot see – or rather smell – is the odor of paint that I noticed immediately when I opened the package. That said, there was still plenty of liquid paint in the container. There is a brush applicator built into the bottle and the manufacturer includes a separate finer brush. Unlike the OEM applicator, both brushes force you to apply a thicker coat of paint than you need to fill a scratch. Perfectionists can sand it down, apply a topcoat (a topcoat tube is included in the VW OEM kit), etc. but if you, like me, are mostly concerned with protecting the car body, these steps are not necessary. In terms of color match, this PARTS4EV is a bit brighter than the paint on the car and the repair I made stands out more than another repair made with the OEM kit. Fortunately, the difference is not enough to bother me and it might even be due to the age of the car.
