As far as I can tell it is ok

You get a 2 month supply (with a dosage of 2 capsules a day) in this bottle for £9.99 (at time of writing the review) so it's pretty good value for money, especially as it contains a good range of magnesium.The capsules are a normal size for supplements, so quite large, but they're easy enough to swallow with water and don't have any nasty after taste.

I am absolutely sleeping better and my digestion is far less troublesome. I will be continuing with these without doubt!

These capsules come in a plastic bottle with the ingredients and supplement volumes clearly detailed on the label. The stated recommended daily serving is 2 capsules, providing 384mg of magnesium. The capsules are a reasonably small size and go down fine when I swallow them with water. They are suitable for vegans so include no animal products. One of the types of magnesium included is just as an anti-caking agent but magnesium bisglycinate, malate and citrate are the main ingredients I wanted and they are included in sufficient quantities. I'm very happy with these capsules.

These are made in the UK and that gives me slightly more assurance that the formulation is optimum.Glycinate, Malate and Citrate mean that whatever form of magnesium you are lacking you are more likely to get a required dose with these tablets.The recommended dose is 2 tablets a day so I take one in the morning and one in the evening both with meals where possible.For two months supply this price is very good value in my opinion - Recommended
