Excellent Microdermabrush!
I’ve been using this Microdermabrush for over a year now. After using it last night & truly realized how far my skin has come prior to using the brush & I had to write a review today. I did read of the many benefits of using a brush like this so I thought I’d give this one a try. I’ve now purchased several as I tend to replace the brush every 2 months depending on usage. I can tell when it’s time for a replacement as the needles aren’t as noticeable. I was nervous at first because of the word “needles” but I went slowly. It’s mildly abrasive. I feel it gently sands my skin :) There is some sensation but it didn’t hurt at all. It’s a feeling that my skin is being rejuvenated & that’s exactly what is happening! It’s extremely easy to use. The handle to easy to hold. I rub it gently but firmly all around my face down towards my neck. I get every spot possible. When I reach the point of not feeling the prickling anymore I know my entire face has been covered. ••It’s important to sanitize it with isopropyl alcohol before and after each use. I then rinse & dry. The case is wonderful for storage. The results after 1 year? Well I’m a 49yo woman with oily skin & for most of my life acne prone but haven’t been in the last couple years. I don’t have any wrinkles (one benefit to oily skin!) Honestly I began more self-care & was attentive to the products I was using on my face. Still the oil persists. Acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone & discoloration from too much sun was noticeable. Using this Microdermabrush has eliminated the discoloration, the sun damage is no longer noticeable. My pores have shrunken considerably, my overall skin tone is brighter & my skin is definitely softer. The acne scars I had are gone. This happened with me being dedicated to using this brush every 7-10 days. I cleanse my face & the brushing begins. Once I’ve gone through the process my skin feels so good but at the same time it’s telling me I want serum! It’s when I apply the serum in my regime that night & my skin SOAKS it in. It truly feels so rejuvenating & so very refreshing! (It’s hard not to remember to do this because I remember how good it feels) I give my skin about 15 min & I apply moisturizer. The night I use the brush the next morning my skin is glowing. It wasn’t that way right away but with CONSISTENT use I got there. I will continue to use this brush as it’s an excellent asset to my skin. I feel with dedication you could benefit from it as well. The price is great. I highly recommend!

Incredible Results - Professional Quality at Home!
This Sdara Skincare derma roller has completely transformed my skincare routine! After months of researching microneedling and being hesitant about the cost of professional treatments, I decided to try this at-home option and couldn't be happier with the results. The build quality is impressive - the needles are sharp and evenly spaced, rolling smoothly across the skin without catching or dragging. The handle provides excellent grip and control, making it easy to maintain consistent pressure and coverage. It feels substantial and well-made, not like a cheap knockoff. I've been using it twice weekly for about two months, focusing on acne scarring and general skin texture improvement. The difference is remarkable! My skin looks noticeably smoother, pore size has decreased, and the shallow acne scars that have bothered me for years are significantly less visible. The included storage case is a thoughtful touch that keeps everything sanitary and organized. I appreciate that it's designed for safe storage and easy cleaning between uses. Following proper sterilization protocols is crucial, and the case makes this simple. What surprised me most is how quickly I saw results. Within just a few weeks, my skincare products seemed to absorb better, and my overall complexion became more radiant and even-toned. For anyone considering microneedling but hesitant about professional costs, this is an excellent starting point. Professional-quality results at a fraction of the price. Just remember to research proper technique first!

SUNKEN/ATROPHIC SCARS CURED!
This is the first review I’ve ever left on amazon. For this product, I just had to. I’ll start with my skin history before getting to the feedback. So I had cystic acne scarring COMBINED with sun damage. I had a sudden, horrible acne flare-up when I was 17; white heads, blackheads, cysts, postulates, everything. It was so bad, I had to get on accutane. Before getting on it, I was obsessed with tanning. I would tan every single day. Now this wouldn’t NECESSARILY be bad for my acne or my skin in general... however, it was MY actions that made it worse. I had a bad habit of picking at my skin, popping zits before they were ready, peeling little scabs off my face, overtreating pimples that were forming under the surface. My other mistake when tanning was my lack of sunscreen on my face. I would just lay there without putting a towel on my face or sunscreen, thinking it would improve my breakouts, or heal my open wounds from picking off my pimples until they drew blood. Now after doing all this, what the sun did was STOP the healing process and deepen the acne scars. Deepen the atrophic scars, and darken the hyperpigmentation. I didn’t even know how much it damaged my skin until the tan faded and I saw what my bad habit + the sun exposure, had left behind. My god, was it bad... now after waiting quite some time (about 1-2 years), the discoloration definitely faded drastically. That just came with time. BUT... what had not faded was the indentations left on my face. I tried for almost 3 years to get rid of the sunken scars, the atrophic scars seemed impossible to get rid of. Alpha hydrox definitely helped a little bit. AMBI cream couldn’t do much. No progress with vitamin E, vitamin C serum (by itself), Bio Oil, exfoliants, face masks. Nothing was TRULY getting the job done.. and THEN I find this I had heard about Derma rollers before but was afraid to try. THANK GOD I faced that fear. The first time I used it, I don’t think I used it properly. I didn’t use enough pressure to make a difference. So then the second time I tried it, I was much more ambitious with the pressure. Afterwards I put on the Vitamin C serum, then went to bed. I woke up the next day and OH MY GOD. I was completely floored how different my skin looked. My sunken scars were 70% gone. In ONE night, I had seen more progress than I had in THREE years. This is a miracle. I can’t believe it. My skin was smoother than it had ever been, the texture was so even. I’m so happy. People with indentations and atrophic scars, THIS IS YOUR HOLY GRAIL.

Hmm...no appreciable difference
I've been using this since early September 2025 and I've not seen any difference --yet. It's now early November 2025. I mean, how long do I need to wait to see noticeable difference? I use it with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. It's affordable but if it doesn't work what good is that? It's rinky-dink. It's small and compact and you can easily stash this in your purse so that's a plus. Listen, if you're just starting out, you can check this out but don't expect too much. I honestly don't understand the glowing and positive reviews here but to each their own.

I'm impressed!
First time trying a dermaroller, and I chose this one based on not only the reviews here but also researching and it was on several lists of recommended at-home rollers. I've only used it a few times since I just got it, so I can't speak to the long-term results, but i can say I saw immediate short-term benefits; my skin felt tight-in-a-good-way (maybe "plumped" is a better description?), and the "11" between my brows (I furrow my brow when I focus on something, so it's pretty deep) was much less noticeable, and a moderately deep, pitted cystic acne scar I'm self-conscious about seemed shallower and smoother. I know these immediate effects are from the mild swelling and temporarily increased blood flow, so I realize it's not a miracle cure, but it does encourage me to keep up with the process. Very little pressure is needed, and it doesn't hurt at all. Just mild tingly/prickly sensations. No blood. I have guttate psoriasis, and although it rarely affects my face, I know that trauma to the skin can trigger plaques to appear (has happened often in the past), so I was a bit concerned this might cause the psoriasis to appear on my face... therefore, I didn't use any serums or other products before or after using the roller, so I could know for sure the cause if the psoriasis did trigger, but after a couple days, I had no problems at all. 2nd time I used an age-defy moisturizer after rolling, and it did soothe the minor post-rolling minor irritation -- which, for me, I really only had the first time I rolled, and seven then it was more of a mild itchiness than discomfort. The biggest improvement I've noticed in the short time I've been using this roller is that my under eye circles and hollows ; i don't have bags, my under eye area is truly more concave and hollow, which combined with genetic dark circles can make me look very tired or older. I do avoid the very delicate area immediately under my lower lash line, but gently rolled up to just beneath that area, slightly above the orbital socket. After just one use the hollows plumped and filled in significantly but not in the "puffy" way when lymphatic fluid pools in that area, or post-cry swelling. Just more like a youthful fullness. Because of that, even the dark circles were much less noticeable. Surprisingly, this immediate result seems to last longer than the immediate temporary results on the rest of my face; I would expect that delicate area would return to its usually state much faster. But even the next morning, that area looked almost as good as it did immediately after I rolled. I'm definitely planning to get a .5mm roller to use in conjunction with this .25, to better address the acne scarring and deeper nasolabial fold area, and invest in serums to boost the results. I'm about to turn 43, and while I am blessed to look much younger than my age, due to some health/medication issues, sun exposure (native Floridian, and sun exposure helps the psoriasis), and being a smoker, I'm starting to get some mild wrinkles, and I really just want to minimize that without resorting to more invasive treatments. The scarring from cystic acne is truly my bigger concern, so I do think the .5 mm will be better for my specific concerns, but this .25 mm is great for softening the mild aging issues and hopefully maintaining and preventing more. Two of my female coworkers said I looked "illuminated" the morning after my first rolling session, and I went torally makeup free that day, just used moisturizer. I dont wear much makeup to begin with, but I'm choosing to go makeup-free for at least a week while I start my rolling routine, just to prevent introducing anything into the microneedle punctures that might either cause irritation or just slow down any results, and anyway part of my goal is that by using a dermaroller to improve my skin's texture and appearance I can eventually give up makeup altogether (okay, except mascara!). Definitely recommend. But also research and determine your goal and your skin's needs so that you get the best results possible!

I'm using this roller weekly and seeing some positive changes!
I first ordered this roller after having a professional micro needling treatment. I was happy with the results, but the treatments were quite expensive. This roller is very easy to use. It says you can use the roller up to three times a week, but I am using it once a week right now. I disinfect it with rubbing alcohol before and after using it. It does cause a minor needle-like sensation while rolling. It is definitely not bad. The needles are not long enough to cause any bleeding, but my face is definitely red after using the roller. I usually use it at night before going to bed. I wash my face really well. Then I spread either Vitamin C serum or a firming serum on my skin. (I have included links to both of those products.) I roll the Derma Roller over the serum to help push it into my skin. When I finish, I spread another thin layer of product on my skin. I have found that my skin is less red and blotchy than before I use the roller. (Except, of course, for the initial redness.) The theory is that the tiny wounds caused by the needles encourage your body to produce collagen in that area. My skin seems more firmed and hydrated. I am also seeing some reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. I was skeptical at first, but I think that this roller, along with the two serums I am using, is making a positive difference in my skin!
