This drink is for the brave hearted. Firstly, the smell is so strong that it made me gag. Secondly, the goseberry and aloe are a bit gunky. The residue dried out in the bottle cap was like green and brown algae.Honeslty, there are much better refined and more palletable Aloe and Goosebery drinks. This is jus Bleh....I am so green in face and feel as if will throw up anytime!Never buy it.

Not a good taste so drank with fruit juice, found it to be a good detox, pick me up but personally prefer pure aloe juice
