So far, so good. I purchased these headphones primarily for personal use inflight usage, conference calls, as well as listening to music whilst travelling. These are the best sounding bluetooth headphones I’ve ever used, up to now the bluetooth audio devices I’ve tested haven't been all that good sounding. Usually the sound via bluetooth is muffled and generally low quality but these headphones are clear and bright with a nice bass sound.These noise cancelling headphones have a built in microphone that monitors the noise nearby and cancels it out, reducing distractions to your listening pleasure and to aid rest and relaxation while travelling or working, the noise reduction works best on low frequency sounds as heard in cars, trains and aircraft.The built in rechargeable batteries and the headphones are recharged via USB, a usb cable is supplied but no transformer, total charge time is typically 3 hours, and over 12 hours of operation is promised on the box. I haven’t yet ran out of charge yet. It comes in a rather nice fabric semi-hard zipper case to protect them when not in use. While the headphones can be used wirelessly via bluetooth they also come with a stereo 3.5mm jack cable for wired operation, this is useful when the battery is dead and you are nowhere near a usb socket, you can still keep listening.There are buttons on the headphones for power, volume, next and previous track and a noise cancelling on/off switch, once you know where they are operation of the headphones is fairly simple.Ease of connection – That was easy, simply hold the power button down to put it in pairing mode and then discover with your device. All devices connected instantly with no problem.Comfort - Very good - the thick headband and soft leathery ear pads make them very comfortable to wear for long periods.

The sound is ok, no complaints there and they are comfortable to wear but the blue tooth does not work. The headphones paired quickly and easily but it stops and starts when I move my head then a voice comes over saying, "disconnected". The connection lasts about 1 minute, no longer. The wire is also very short, if you use on a hand held device or laptop but anything more than that, it won't reach. How much does it cost to supply an extra foot or two of wire. I wasn't bothered about the blue tooth but feel the headphones should do what they are meant to do. As of this moment I am considering sending them back, which is a shame because I like them.

These earphones while a little tight (this might give overtime), they are still comfortable fit.I've only had them a short time but am happy with the purchaseThe Noise cancelling is very good, not hearing anything other than what I am connected to the outside sounds come over muffled...The sound is Sharp and Crisp while still giving you a good sound of the music no crackling or distortion, which what I found earbuds to be.If you are looking for a good ear piece I would recommend these.... Easy to setup and use....

It is definitely soft and nice to wear - sound is good, especially if you compare it with headphones that are priced a lot dearer. The packaging is attractive and it is boxed well: it makes a really nice gift. Noise cancelling is less good; but will do, depending on where you want to use them (and how loud you need it to be); that is why I gave it 4 starts; because the sound is excellent. A satisfactory purchase and would recommend.

The headphones are really good, and especially for the price. I've used them for two years and they have definitely relieved my hearing during flights and in noisy environments. The noise cancelling feature is top notch, the sound is pretty good also, both highs and low frequencies. Unfortunately after mild use, some glue has come off the right ear rubber, which is the only reason to give them 4 stars.

So good my husband has pinched them!! These are easy to connect once you figure it out, didn’t take long. Really good sound and so comfortable to wear. Looks as good as the expensive headphones you can buy for hundreds of pounds and I think they sound as good.
