I've been using the Cozyplayer True Cooling Cervical Neck Pillow , and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I sleep and feel during the day. I have been using this pillow for 3 weeks, which might seem soon, and it could be so I might update in the future if anything changes, but so far it's been amazing!4 weeks ago I purchased a super expensive pillow thinking that it was going to help me with my neck pain, but it actually made it worst in just 1 week. It was so bad that I could not turn my head.So, i came online to search for another pillow to try and I found this one, since it had great reviews and it was on sale, I decided to buy it right away and give it a go.It's been 3 weeks since, and my neck pain went away. It is such a nice pillow for me, that the neck pain started to go away almost instantly, and it has not returned since I've been using it.The pillow does not lose it's shape during the night. And, it is so comfy that, even though I am a side sleeper, sometimes I am able to sleep on my back with this pillow.It is a little smaller than the average pillow, but that does not affect my sleep at all. The pillow did not have any weird smells on it, at least not that I could notice.

Only used the pillow once last night. Slept better and awoke with very little neck/shoulder strain. I would give it five stars, but need to use it a few more nights. That said, looking forward to using it again and again. It did have a slight odor but I used lavendar oil and also put a cloth pillow case over it.

I’ve tried many pillows over the years, but this one stands out in terms of comfort and support. I bought this pillow after spending hundreds of dollars on several different kinds of pillows. I have bulging discs in my neck and can get terrible headaches if my neck is misaligned when I sleep. When I received this pillow, I didn't have high expectations because it is such a soft memory foam. I almost returned it without trying it because it was so soft. I'm glad I didn't. Though this pillow is soft, it cradles my head nicely and doesn't really put strain on my shoulders. I can get my head in a good position when sleeping because it has different heights and that nice indentation in the middle. I am pleasantly surprised by this pillow and now can get rid of dozens of other memory foam pillows that didn't work. If you're on the fence about trying this pillow, I suggest taking a chance and trying it. I won't go back to any other pillow style after this one.

It is a comfy pillow, and when my neck hurts I can lay on it to alleviate some pain and discomfort, but not for long. The pillow caused more pain the longer I laid on it, so it is great for short term, but not a full night's rest. The neck part is too thick, and it was uncomfortable to lay on my back, but is more comfortable when laying on my side. I am not convinced this is worth the money to me personally.

This purchase came from necessity. I was waking up each day with a headache, stiff neck, and pain that lasted throughout the day. I began the Amazon search for a pillow with a rating over 4, with 5 and 4 averages being over 90. (My criteria for a quality product.) This pillow fit the criteria. The pillow arrived early in the day. At other buyers’ suggestions, I removed the pillow from the bag, gave it a couple of good shakes, and let it expand. That evening I slept using the pillow, but did notice an odor. So another day passed. The second night, I placed one of my usual queen-sized pillowcases over the pillow. It fit perfectly, subdued the odor, and had the feel of a regular pillow. It’s been a month now with the new pillow, and I have not experienced any neck pain nor headaches. This pillow is such a great find, I bought a second for my queen size bed. After sharing my experience with my octogenarian mother who had been experiencing neck stiffness and pain, she said she’d like one. So it’s been several weeks, and my mom is loving her new pillow as well. My suggestion…get the pillow!

Makes my neck hurt more than before. Bought it, tried it and can’t use it. I can’t even return it bc I tried it, which makes no sense bc how was I supposed to know if it would be comfortable or not? I do not recommend:(
