DIRECTIONS: ADULTS: Take 10-20 drops 3 times daily in 50 ml of water, tea or milk half an hour to 1 hour before meals. CHILDREN( 3-12 YEARS): take 1 drop per year of age ( up to a maximum of 10 drops ) 2 to 3 times daily in 50 ml of water, tea or milk half an hour to 1 hour before meals.
