Excellent and immediate support during setting up. After couple of steps in setting up, I was unable to get the camera online. So I contacted support. A gentleman answered my call, asked for invoice of purchase and once I sent invoice, they first sent video guide and then offered me a live video call support. Since I had already tried steps in the video guide, I asked for video call support. And it was provided immediately. Setup was successful and all of this took 5 mins. I am very pleasantly surprised. Will see how product performs as I just started using it, but customer service was simply too good.

Not at all working. Always goes offline.. No video is showing in the app. Better to not to buy, there is no return option too. DO NOT BUY even by MISTAKE too.....

Very nice product

Camera quality is better than the same camera bought from another brand. But it is not recording on the sd card or in cloud subscription that i purchased that came in the app. It records randomly. Video is recorded and when i play it there is noone but when there is someone it fails to record. What's the point of alarm record when it doesn't record? Bought another same camera from smars website bit video quality is worse that this camera and has the same recording problem. Their technical team has no clue and does not respond. Don't buy the cloud subsciption. It was a waste and there is no option to raise a complain. It also doesn't stream continuosly as it keep disconnecting. Never going to buy these chinese camera again. Good for nothing.
