I cannot recommend this product highly enough. It's brilliant !I used to return after a round of winter golf in the heavy ground and my legs and upper arm muscles would develop aches and stiffness. Since I discovered this rub, and applying it to my legs, arms and back when I get home after golf, I get no aches or stiffness in my joints and muscles. I certainly recommend this rub for golfers of all ages. (Would suit footballers and rugby players too I'm sure !)

Sorry didn't help my back pain at all Just got a bit warm but that was it. Have to say though I have scullosis and arthritis so if it was just a pulled muscle it might be alright.

Not the cheapest rub ,but does seem to work!!!!!Not experiencing any warming of the skin,but it has definitely made my 70 year old knees ,feel a lot better !!!!Early days yet ,but keeping my fingers crossed ,for a miracle cure !!!!!!!
