Perfect quality

It’s a great film. It’s nice to see a 4K film that is cheaper than average at release (£25).

A good follow up to the 1st but doesn't have the intensity .

Loved Sicario and loved this. Everything I expected and more. Action packed and great entertainment

excellent 4k / atmos Production

Four stars plus almost five just not quite.Very dark movie, not many laughs to alleviate the depressing subject matter, but humour in this scenario would be out of place.It's a movie about people smuggling from Mexico into the USA. Some have drawn comparisons with Trump policies but I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions so much as to say yes it paints a realistic picture of the situation but I personally don't see it as justification for Trump.It's got the same protagonists as the first movie, and if you saw that then this is more of the same, but you don't have to have seen the first as very little to almost nothing is carried over from one to the other. Both are full of violence and the constant threat of violence but I wouldn't call it violence porn like the likes of Saw or Hostel or The Hills Have Eyes, this is more a war movie but not a war between countries but a war against organised crime that's organisation is nearly as big as a small country and infests both Mexico and America to the extent the agencies fighting this war cannot trust or rely on anyone not even within their own ranks. Uniforms count for nothing the bad guy may be a street kid but could just as easily be the cop on the beat or the agent along side the good guys or even the politician administering them. And like a war they employ all the weapons of modern counter terrorist warfare from armoured Humvees and helicopters to Drones and high tech surveillance.The movie is more interesting than entertaining but there is a morbid fascination that is somewhat mildly adrenalin stimulating and therefore entertaining but the atmosphere is somewhat dark and dour through out but never the less holds your attention and when over you feel that was a good movie; maybe not a great movie but a well constructed movie.

No spoilers, the 1st hour of this film is amazing absolutely stunning which is why it is such a shame the second half goes down hill so much.
