For working an office job, this is a great addition to my stretching breaks. For people with pain issues, I would recommend to start gradual with this product, as it really provides a nice deep stretch of the spine when held for a few minutes. Nice storage as well as it closes up to a sleek slender shape. Appreciate the strap as well.

Who is the "genius" that designed this. It's almost unusable. The center part is hard and causes pain on your spine. Simply adding some cushioning would of corrected this problem. I'll be sending it back.

Let me start by saying I have a great deal of middle back pain, really almost my whole back. I’m also very small - 5’2” 105 lbs with spine bones that protrude. The center of this device is pretty painful for me unless I am super careful and only for super short spurts.Being short also I wish that it was easier to control the length of the 4 sections. They move a bit too easily for me and have to be set each time you use it, so for me it’s probably going to be a pain to get it just right and probably not worth the effort.I could envision this being good for someone fit that wants a good stretch of their back. Someone not rail thin. I wish there was a way they could have cushioned the center area that goes along your back.It’s a nice color, seems well made, so I gave it 3 stars because I could see its benefits for the right customer.

If you have poor posture it does help make you straighten up. It's all up to you to use it. Great way to straighten you out after lots of yard work or heavy cleaning or anything that has you bent over for hours at a time.
