Can you tell me which PB surface shield is black in aerosol can and if there is a wand available??

Surface Shield goes on clear with a slight brownish tint. It does not come in black. There is no wand available however it can be purchased by the gallon or 5 gallon pail.

How many cans do you need for a full size truck?

I have a small 99 4Runner and I bought a case of six. You may coat it the first time, but you'll constantly see lil places you missed. I still have three cans left.

how do you remove product after two years to get back to metal? Power washering not strong enough.

Haven’t had to remove product but any strong solvent like acetone should do the trick. Use acetone to remove product

When Sand existing rust then applying Does it actually stop/remove/convert any existing rust?

The container says you can apply directly on tight rust not flaking off. I guess it will mitigate further rusting if you keep it applied. I put it on a new truck last fall and will do it again this fall. I use a car wash that sprays underneath and I haven't really checked it out to see how it's held up so far.
