What's not to love?
If you tried Civivi before, you'll know what to expect. Came razor sharp out of the box, perfectly smooth deployment with drop shut close, extremely sturdy with zero blade play in any direction, excellent fit and finish all around, best button locks from any brand out there, and perfect jimping everywhere that is needed.Whatever this Damascus blend is, it holds an edge a little better than nitro v/14c28n but not quite as good as D2. Cuts and sharpens smooth due to inner core steel is a solid piece. It is genuine layered steel for the pattern, not laser etched or painted.Compared to other Civivi, this one is a little larger and heavier for being aluminum, and the detent is a little stronger (cant quite flick it open with middle finger, but perfect for flipper/thumb)

Outstanding every day carry knife. Well-made, quality materials, good fit and finish, and a perfect size for a controlled and comfortable grip.Very satisfied. It won't be my last CIVIVI knife.

Get this one if you're a button lock fan
Oh I love this knife. Beautiful Damascus. Real damascus too. Civivi doesn't fake it. Great action up and down. Great weight. Aluminum handle is perfect. Civivi is unrivaled in budget button locks. You can always count on them.

incredible action, fit and finish
Incredibly well made knife. Excellent fit and finish. Amazing action and the perfect detent for deployment as well drop shutting the blade. The tactile feedback is absolute joy. Acoustics emitting from the action on the aluminum scales are a plus. Unbelievable beautiful swedge and the hollow grind on the blade.

They don’t verify steel type on the blade, so they should only get a 1 star rating
No matter how nice the knife is I want the blade verification on the blade. So I don’t really know what kind of blade this really has on it.I will proceed with the rating. It’s a wonderful looking knife, and the fit and finish is perfect. Fits my large hands, just right. I really like nitro-v steel, because it can get a sharper edge than most steels.
