My daughter uses this twice a day with a chip playing fir Occupational therapy and it's has no issues it's a great player

I'm a longtime user of the SanDisk brand that appears to be unavailable now. The Swofy Mp3 is adequate. Probably 3 1/2 stars. The sound quality is poor. It could use 50% more volume. I prefer an angled earbud connection to the straight connection.And then there is the issue of easy usage. The Swofy doesn't offer the ease of SanDisk players. To me, simple is best. And Swofy requires too many steps to get the same results. I'm not able to pause the player with one touch of a button for example. It takes 3 steps.And finally, if you download a lot of music, it begins to sync very slowly. I download lectures every day and delete them the next day to add new ones. The action was almost instantaneous with the SanDisk but it's a 5 minute wait with Swofy. So if you're OK with a low volume music player, it will get the job done. But I'll be looking for a better brand on my next purchase.

This works but words are in different language. They did email me something to download but it was in different language also after that gave upMusic is on it just can’t read the contents to find it. Lol

the sound is great

I liked this MP3 player and FM radio, except for one fatal flaw. It has an unusual type of static or interference on one FM frequency, 89.9 MHz. This happens to be the frequency of one of my favorite radio stations, so I tested it under various conditions - inside and outside the house, and several miles from home. The interference was always there, which tells me it's a design flaw and the unit itself causes the interference. None of our other radios have this problem. The noise was a constant tick-tick-tick, with the ticks happening more than once a second. This should have been tested and eliminated at the factory, but apparently it wasn't. The device worked ok for MP3 recorded music, but FM reception was just unacceptable at that frequency. I returned it and will buy something else.

Overall happy with this MP3 player. It was easy to side load music onto the included 32gb memory card. Bluetooth headphones connected fast and was intuitive. I had to read the book but I was able to get playlist's going. Like the listing says FM does not work with bluetooth headphones, you need a wired headphones plugged in. Sound was great, sounded the same as if I was connected to my computer. Battery life has been great, I haven't been able to put a dent in the battery, used for over 3 hours and still had well over 50 percent battery left. Great value player.
