WILDO Camp-A-Box Complete

I got this to replace the bulky, triangular Light My Fire MealKit 2.0 which never seemed to properly fit in my backpack and regardless of how I reorganized the contents of it I couldn't get their own Light My Fire Titanium Spork to fit in.First impression was the packaging and attention to detail in the description and care instructions. The kit itself includes a useful salt and pepper shaker with above average capacity compared to other brands, a small and large folding cups/bowls, a plastic spork and cutting board. The box itself makes for a nice bowl and the lid for a comfortable plate if you want to use it for a juicy steak without the extra mess. Another great design feature is the recessed corner on the bottom section, which lets you grip the edge comfortably with gloves on for when you don't want to accidentally get food all over them in the usual palm grip.The only downside is the closure, which seems sort of uneven, unless you are willing to apply some pressure and adjust it. Regardless it fits better than any other meal/mess kit I've used and what surprises is that it's around 200 grams lighter too.I'd say go for it over any of the alternatives, you will be free of a lot of the design issues and hassles which you don't want to deal with in the woods!P.S.: The "multi-colored" option sold by Singletrack Distribution Ltd is actually the black version of the kit. Seems like Amazon haven't updated the name of the article, because the photos display the black one but the drop-down clearly doesn't.

quick delivery,,,i thought it looked a bit small when i first seen it but then i opened it and found some very nice parts to it the small cup is a great size for coffee, i don't drink my coffee from a big mug anyway, the large cup/bowl is amazing i cooked a full tin of soup and thought i would see if i could get it in the bowl to my amazement it came half way up i have even cooked a large packet of pasta and that never come near to the top the lid or second plate looks small but i fitted a good size meal in it, the whole kit is brill i think its a mini Dr Who tardaus its that goodthis is my second one by the way i am thinking of getting it for friends for xmas

I keep this in the car as a mobile plate, used most of the bits except the cup as I have a larger insulated cup in the car. Everything works well cleans up up without scratching and goes back into its nest.Overall I have to say I love it.ThanksPaul

I go wild camping fairly frequently, one of my friends had one of these and it was so space saving and versatile I had to have one. Having a large mug for soups or huge coffees in the morning is amazing (not sure what the little mug is for).I could go on about all the uses, but I won't.Just buy the thing

My son is backpacking across Australia and this addition to his travel rucksack is great. Light but sturdy and everything you could possibly need.

Perfect little thing for when camping outside. Has everything you need regarding food eating and drinking and is very, very compact.
